Anarchy and Justice- Incompatible Ideologies
the era of HYPOCRISYWith the recent events that have been unfolding in the world around us, as we read about it in the news and see videos on the internet, a cry for justice and order rises up. Even among the graffiti-ridden ruins of Minneapolis, or the monument-covered remains in Richmond, slogans of “No Justice, No Peace” stand out boldly among images of burning police cars and looted business. However loudly justice is demanded of the police, business, and public policy, the stark contrast of anarchy among those calling for justice renders these cries meaningless.

When we look back at history and see movements and revolutions that brought about great change, the overwhelming theme of those that were successful was that they were consistent in truly demanding justice. They were about restoring order not upholding disorder. One cannot expect order and justice to be the result of disorder, autonomy, and violence.
french revolution redeaux?

A stark contrast between the French and the American revolutions was that the American revolution appealed to law and order and sought to reestablish the order that the King failed to uphold. The French revolution prided itself on abolishing order, removing history, and discarding even the Calendar system declaring the day of revolution as year one on the new calendar. The American revolution while not perfect led to the creation of a great society and culture which has been the leading example of how to govern and live for other nations in the world. The French revolution led to mass murder and death as be-headings became a daily routine with over 17,000 people losing their heads from Kings to the very leaders of the revolution themselves.
When anarchy and chaos are the order of the revolution, then there can be no hope that justice will be the result of the uprising.

It has been said that "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it", and this is very true for our day. As Americans, we should be united in our desire for justice and truth from our leaders. But we cannot expect them to uphold justice when the very people calling for justice are also calling for anarchy and establishing socialist and communist communities. The very nature of justice in America is that, though the heavens fall, justice must be done. What I see, however, is justice being sold out by leaders incapable of leading and people too busy stealing and destroying to be able to build a community focused on law and order.
